Happy New Year.  At the end of last year, I attended training on Test Driven Development and Object Oriented Design.  During this training, I was made aware of two books that I now think of as critical for software developers:

I’ve also become a huge fan of www.pluralsight.com for online training.  I’ll do a later post on specific training that I’ve found valuable on this site.
